Houston's plant and process base pushes floor selection past ordinary traffic epoxy. The question is what the slab is exposed to — general spills, aggressive chemicals, immersion in a containment area, or thermal shock from hot washdown — and the system follows from there, over concrete opened to an ICRI profile (typically CSP 3–4).
