Concrete & Floor Coating
Industrial and commercial floor coatings — epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic — give concrete floors chemical resistance, impact durability and a cleanable surface for plants, warehouses and food/pharma facilities.
What industrial floor coatings do
Industrial and commercial floor coatings turn bare concrete into a chemical-resistant, durable, cleanable surface — for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and food and pharma facilities where hygiene and uptime matter.
Systems by duty
| System | Strengths | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Epoxy | Build, adhesion, chemical resistance | Base coat, plants, general industrial |
| Polyurethane | Abrasion, thermal-shock, UV | Topcoat, freezers, heavy traffic |
| Polyaspartic | Fast cure, UV stability | Fast return-to-service, DCs |
| ESD / antistatic | Static control | Electronics, cleanrooms |
Prep is mechanical, not just cleaning
Concrete is opened by shot-blasting or diamond grinding to the required surface profile (CSP), with cracks and joints repaired first. Coatings over sealed or unprepared concrete delaminate — the prep is what makes the floor last under traffic.
Industries we serve
